I didn’t have any trout so I used scallops in this recipe and it worked beautifully. Cook some rice in the simmering basket at the same time for a delicious, all-in-one Varoma meal.
Oh dear, it seems I have forgotten something essential when out walking the dogs this morning. No matter, I’ll make some luscious Thermomix hot chocolate instead.
