A fast and easy, fat-free beef curry that you can whip up in 15 minutes that fits perfectly into your 4-Phase Fat Elimination Protocol! Make it with beef, lamb or even chicken breast strips, and serve it with any of your allowed vegetables. Serve in little gem lettuce boats or over cauliflower “rice”.
