Madame Thermomix’s Top Picks from MasterChef Live 2010 – Part 2
More than a week has gone by since MasterChef Live 2010 closed it doors for the last time. In the meantime I have had too many too early mornings and too many too short nights, but I am happy because I have assisted Chef Chris Horridge of the Fine Dining Academy in a Bronze and a Silver Thermomix MasterClass and learned even more about using my Best Friend in the Kitchen.
Every morning as I descend into the kitchen to feed the cat, make tea, and let the dogs out for a wee I am greeted by the colourful sight of jars, bottles and packages of local, British, or just plain good food that adorn my kitchen table. Here therefore is Part 2 of Madame Thermomix’s Top Picks from MasterChef Live 2010:
Flavours of Spain
“The finest of Galician wines and artisan food:” Sausages, cheeses, smoked meats, chorizo, and more, straight from Spain and its top producers. The Rosemary Machego is phenomenal; full of delicate flavours and that little rosemary twist. We hope to see more from this importer with heart.
Ah, yes, it’s absolutely divine! You can really taste the rosemary. Try it with a glass of Rioja. Magic!
Rosemary Machego, you say? *Licking lips*
