Calling all fans of MasterChef The Professionals 2010: ThermomixBlogger Helene is offering her copy of Noma: Time and Place in Nordic Cuisine by René Redzepi to a lucky Thermomix fan on her blog, Superkitchenmachine.com.
What a timely contest! This week we saw Claire, John and David foraging for seasonal foods by the seashore in Denmark alongside Rene Redzepi and his staff before taking over the Noma kitchen to produce their own take on Rene’s philosphy of local, seasonal, beautiful dishes. MasterChef The Professionals really pulled out the stops this season and brought us some amazing challenges and some amazing chefs.
Viewers may recall the quarter finals when Claire used a Thermomix to prepare a beautiful garlic puree for her dish. My husband and I were “Thermomix spotting” and I’m sorry to say he won because he saw it first!
Well Done Claire Lara for winning this year’s MasterChef The Professionals and for being offered a job by Michel Roux, Jr.!
Oh I will be so very sorry to part this this gorgeous book. I’m already envious of the person who wins it! Also feeling cranky because I missed seeing the episode of Masterchef the Professionals. I so SO enjoy a good round of Thermomixspotting! Glad to see like-minded Thermomix fans in Surrey having fun with it 😉
